Join our friendly, supportive team and help shape the early learning experiences of our youngest learners. Our Level 3 Practitioners play a key role in creating a fun, safe, and nurturing environment that allows every child to flourish.
Key Responsibilities:
➡️ Deliver high-quality childcare and learning in line with the EYFS.
➡️ Observe, assess, and plan engaging, age-appropriate activities.
➡️ Support children’s personal, social, and emotional development.
➡️ Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and colleagues.
➡️ Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised learning space.
➡️ Uphold nursery policies and safeguarding standards at all times.
Requirements:
✅ Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in Early Years Education
✅ Good understanding of the EYFS
✅ Paediatric First Aid, Food Hygiene, and Safeguarding certificates
✅ A genuine passion for working with children and helping them reach their potential
✅ Ideally 2+ years of experience in a nursery setting

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Room Leader to join our family-run nursery. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate childcare professional to take the lead in creating a warm, stimulating, and nurturing environment where every child can thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
➡️ Lead and inspire your room team to deliver outstanding care and education.
➡️ Plan, implement, and evaluate engaging activities following the EYFS framework.
➡️ Ensure children’s individual needs, interests, and developmental goals are met.
➡️ Maintain accurate observations and records for key children.
➡️ Promote a positive, inclusive, and safe environment for both children and staff.
➡️ Work closely with parents and carers to support each child’s learning journey.
➡️ Contribute to the wider nursery team through collaboration and communication.
Requirements:
✅ Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years Education (CCLD or equivalent)
✅ Sound knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding standards
✅ Strong leadership and communication skills
✅ A positive attitude, high professional standards, and passion for childcare
✅ Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
